The length of your program depends on you. Most volunteers travel to Nepal on a five months tourist visa as the Nepali government only provide 5 months tourist visas in each calendar year. If you would like to stay longer, you can arrive in August, stay for 5 months, then renew your visa for a further 5 months (or however long you wish to stay) in the following year.

This is the cost of our program which covers your accommodation and food for your entire placement language training/sightseeing in Kathmandu at the beginning of program, in your host family during your placement and back in Kathmandu at the end of your stay.
